"Simple and easy to use"

"I ordered a few fabric samples before..."
I ordered a few fabric samples before making a decision, i’d recommend other customers do the same. The colors looked a little different in person than they did on my screen, so I’m really glad I checked first. Shipping took a bit longer than I expected, but overall it was a good experience and helped me feel more confident before buying.

"Warranty claim was painless"
I had a minor issue with a part from my Sailrite order, so I submitted a warranty claim and figured it might turn into a whole thing. But they replied quickly and sent out a replacement without making me jump through a bunch of hoops, which is how it should be, right? It took a few emails back and forth, but nothing annoying. Overall, I’m really happy with how they handled it

"Helpful, but I’m tired of chasing things down"
I had to reach out to Sailrite because there was a missing part in my order. The first response took a couple of days and felt a little brief, which was frustrating because I was already not in the mood to deal with another customer service back-and-forth.

To their credit, they did send the part after I followed up, so it worked out in the end. It wasn’t a bad experience exactly, just slower than I expected, and I’m worn out from having to nudge companies to get simple things fixed.

"Had everything I needed"
I was able to find all the parts I needed right away, and everything was in stock. Compared to a few other places I checked where I would’ve had to wait or order pieces separately, this was way more convenient.

"Got my refund, but it was a bit slow"
In the end, the refund did come through, so that was fine. It just took longer than I expected, and I had to follow up once to see what was going on. Nothing awful, just a little slow.

"Found what I needed, but browsing could be smoother"
I did end up finding what I was looking for on Sailrite, so no big issue there, but the site felt a little awkward to move around. A few of the menus seemed packed with options, and I had to click through more pages than I expected just to narrow things down.

The search bar worked well, and once I got to the actual product page, the details were helpful. I just wish the category browsing felt a bit cleaner, especially on my phone where even small things like extra taps and crowded menus stood out.

"Super easy exchange, honestly a relief"
I had to exchange some fabric I ordered, and I was kind of expecting it to be a whole thing, but it really wasn’t. Support got back to me quickly and the process was simple from start to finish. No runaround, no weird extra hassle. I was actually sorting through a bunch of old sewing stuff at the same time, which somehow turned into me reorganizing an entire drawer of buttons, but anyway, the exchange itself was painless and I’m really happy with how it went.

"Parts fit my old machine perfectly"
I ordered a few replacement parts for my older Sailrite machine, and thankfully everything fit exactly like it was supposed to. i was annoyed because I’ve had such a headache in the past with parts not matching, and that’s usually on companies making it way harder than it needs to be. This time, the part numbers were clear, so there was no guessing and no wasting time sending stuff back. Got the machine fixed and sewing again the same day the parts arrived. I’m still irritated I had to deal with broken parts in the first place, but at least these were right.

I ordered some fabric from Sailrite, and the shipping part was totally fine... no problems there. It showed up in a reasonable time and was packed well enough.
The only thing is the color looked a lot brighter on the website than it did in person. It still works for what I’m making, so I’m keeping it, but it wasn’t quite what I had pictured! Next time I’d probably order a sample first before getting a bigger amount

"I’ll be real, I was half expecting this..."
I’ll be real, I was half expecting this to show up looking cheap and was ready to ask for an apology if it did. But the fabric and thread are actually really solid, heavier than I thought, cleanly done, and it feels like it’s going to hold up for a long time.

"Pretty accurate cuts overall"
I ordered some fabric from sailrite.com and, yeah, the measurements were mostly right on. One piece seemed maybe just a tiny bit off, or at least it looked that way when I lined it up, but it wasn’t enough to throw off my project or anything. The edges were clean, easy to work with, no real hassle there. Overall I’m happy with it, just kind of wish it had been a little more exact.

I ordered some canvas supplies and they actually shipped out faster than I was expecting. I’ve had art supplies from other places take a while or show up with something missing, so this was a nice change. The box arrived in good shape, everything I ordered was inside, and the whole process was easy. I’d definitely order from them again.

"I’ve ordered from Sailrite a few times..."
I’ve ordered from Sailrite a few times now, i haven’t had any of those little red-flag moments that make you wonder what a company is really up to. The shipping updates were easy to follow, everything showed up looking like what was on the site, and nothing felt misleading or sketchy. So far, it feels like they’re not trying to sneak anything past you, which makes me comfortable ordering from them again.

"Decent overall, just wasn’t the right fit"
I thought it was good overall, but it just didn’t really work for the project I needed it for. Support was nice enough and basically said something like, “It may not be the best setup for that use case,” which was fair. Nothing terrible about it, just not something I’d use for every project
